An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading independent Property and Construction Consultancy in their expanding Edinburgh office.

With a strong national presence and a growing pipeline in Scotland, the team delivers a wide range of industrial, commercial, refurbishment, and fit-out projects for high-profile clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take the lead on several exciting schemes across the private sector - from industrial sheds and high-spec refurbishments to commercial fit-outs and mixed-use developments.

You will manage full project lifecycles, provide strategic cost advice to clients, mentor junior surveyors, and contribute to the continued growth of the Scottish team.
