The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll act as a trusted advisor on client projects, providing strategic commercial advice and managing contract matters. You will work on-site and in the office, collaborating with delivery teams, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project goals. Regular site visits are essential for active engagement, problem-solving, and relationship building.

You will identify creative solutions, drive process improvements, and work hands-on with stakeholders to ensure project success. This role offers a balance of office work and on-site involvement, placing you at the heart of project delivery.

About You

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering (HNC/HND considered).
• Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel.
• Client-focused, commercially astute, and skilled in fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Professional membership (or working towards) with RICS, CIPS, or ICE preferred.
• Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and strategies, or similar forms.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively on-site with project teams.
