The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll act as a trusted advisor on client projects, delivering strategic commercial advice and managing contract and commercial matters. Working as part of the project team on-site and in the office, you will collaborate closely with delivery teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. This role requires regular site visits to actively engage in project delivery, problem-solving, and fostering strong relationships.
You'll play a key role in identifying creative solutions, driving process improvements, and working hands-on with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. This is not just an office-based role but an opportunity to be at the heart of project delivery.
