We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team based in Cardiff.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take commercial oversight on this exciting project, managing cost and risk while ensuring value for money and contractual compliance. You'll be involved from early-stage feasibility through to final account, working closely with internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners.

Your day to day will include:

  • Lead procurement and manage subcontractor packages
  • Prepare and assess applications for payment
  • Monitor project expenditure and produce CVRs
  • Manage change control and mitigate commercial risk
  • Mentor junior team members and share your expertise

What we're looking for:

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
  • Experience in main contracting and large-scale 2-stage bids
  • A collaborative, trusted, and focused approach – aligned with Kier's values
  • A full UK driving licence
