Your new company
Working for one of the UK's leading contractors operating both in the UK and Worldwide, they operate across a number of sectors including building, infrastructure, housing and maintenance.
Your new role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction schemes across the East, ensuring commercial and contractual control from pre-construction through to final account. You'll work closely with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners to drive value, manage risk, and ensure financial performance.
Key Duties:

  • Lead commercial management of construction projects from inception to completion
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management

What you'll need to succeed
