Options Resourcing is working with one of the UK's most project-diverse construction companies to find a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious project in Exeter.

Responsibilities include:

Managing costs and budgets for the project
Ensuring contractual and legal compliance
Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders

Ideally, the candidate will have previous experience with student accommodation or high-rise residential projects, which would be highly desirable.
