Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their regional civil engineering team across the South West, covering Taunton, Bristol and Somerset projects.

You will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account, lead cost control, reporting and subcontract procurement, and mentor junior staff while working closely with operational teams to drive project performance.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with civil engineering/infrastructure experience.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge required.
• Experience with subcontract procurement and reporting.

RGB Recruitment are working with a well-established regional civil engineering contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team across infrastructure projects in the South West.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a secure and growing business with a strong pipeline of civil engineering works and long-term regional projects. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
• Strong NEC contract knowledge
• Experience with subcontract procurement and commercial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple packages and stakeholders
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable)
