Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Falmer, Sussex

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 + car/travel & package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a capital delivery framework within the utilities sector. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor, overseeing subcontract packages and projects across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Working with design, construction, and supply chain teams to manage costs
2. Managing the main contract, including contractual notices and correspondence
3. Preparation and issuance of subcontract documentation
4. Preparation of project cost reports, budgets, and forecasts
5. Assisting with the development of junior commercial staff
6. Building professional relationships with clients and supply chain
