Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, and benefits package.
This role involves working as part of the refurbishment team on social housing projects, including external works, EWI, kitchens & bathrooms, voids, and structural alterations. You will be responsible for leading a major framework with a team of quantity surveyors under you.

The role can be based at one of their Birmingham depots or on-site, depending on the project, with the possibility of working from home one day per week. They provide a car or car allowance and cover expenses.
You will be responsible for managing all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of designated projects. This includes maximizing profitability, ensuring legal and contractual compliance, managing applications and valuations, ensuring prompt subcontractor payments, and monitoring real-time cost reports.
