Job description

Senior Surveyor required to work for a Leading Contracts, Commercial & Construction Consultancy on Major High Speed Rail Infrastructure Project.

6 month renewable contract (Inside IR35) or Permanent Staff opportunities.

Quantity Surveyor offering flexible working arrangements as a Hybrid role with 3 days WFH and 2 days required in the clients office in Birmingham.
Contract Day Rate/Salary and package dependant on relevant experience.

Role Brief:
As a Quantity Surveyor you will undertake pre and post contract administration of projects. Support the Commercial Managers on the project from pre tender to post contract administration.
Support the post contract administration process to successful project close out.

You will have understanding and experience of Commercial Management and Contract Administration processes in relation to cost management, payment, variations, change management and final accounts.
Experience of managing contracts under construction terms and conditions.
NEC Contracts experience,
Experience of delivery accurate forecasting, reporting and commercial analysis.
