Senior Contract Surveyor – Immediate Requirement
Location: Site-based in Buckinghamshire
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 + package (DOE)
Start Date: Immediate

I'm working with a leading housebuilder delivering a multi-phase residential development in Buckinghamshire. The scheme will consist of around 250+ traditionally built homes, including houses and low-rise apartments, over a 6-year programme.

They are looking for a qualified Senior Contract Surveyor to manage the contracts and ensure successful delivery of the project. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential developments and a strong understanding of contract management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the contract administration process for the project.
  2. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  3. Prepare and submit cost reports and forecasts.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders.
  5. Provide guidance on contractual issues.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of contract law and construction processes.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
