Job summary

You will conduct robust data analyses and statistical modelling to evaluate interventions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform advanced data analysis and modelling with R.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience visualising data to tell a story to diverse audiences.
• Postgraduate degree in statistics, public health or related health science.

Responsibilities

• Undertake robust statistical analysis to assess intervention effectiveness.
• Explore, analyse and visualise data using R.
• Translate complex findings into clear messages for different audiences.
• Support front-line teams in making data-informed decisions.
• Report progress to partnership group and contribute to publications.
• Collaborate with academic colleagues and research partners on activity.
• Help mentor students and colleagues in the research team.
• Contribute to the wider research culture within the Institute of Sport.
