As a Senior Practitioner for our Midlands region services, you will work within the Quality department to ensure that our Care and Support teams deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centred care.
The role involves contributing to our audit and social care governance processes, conducting quality audits, preparing comprehensive reports, and supporting quality improvement and turnaround programmes. You will lead some assignments focused on driving quality enhancement, leveraging your practitioner background and expertise.
The Quality department adopts a reflective and review-based approach, collaborating with operational teams and other work streams to ensure excellent services. We proudly support over 6,000 vulnerable adults and maintain a strong CQC rating.
We seek a proactive, insightful, and reflective practitioner with at least 3 years' experience in social care or a related sector, preferably with leadership experience. The role requires managing your own work program while contributing to departmental outcomes. We value individuality, initiative, and excellent coaching skills, and we offer involvement in various campaigns and projects to promote and develop quality standards across diverse client groups.
