Job summary

R&D Partners in City of London is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality systems, ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory standards. You will lead audits, train teams, and drive a culture of quality across the organization.

You will coordinate audits, manage schedules, review procedures, and work with suppliers to uphold data integrity and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality assurance and GxP regulations.
• Experience implementing effective and compliant quality management systems.
• Ability to prepare for, host, and follow up on audits and inspections.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Science-based degree (e.g., BSc or MSc) preferred.
• Familiarity with sterile manufacturing principles and guidelines.
