Due to an internal promotion on the PPP (Programme & Project Partners) consortium, we are seeking an inspirational Senior Quality Manager to lead our QA/QC team, which includes apprentices and engineers.

You will ensure we maintain our standards, governance, legal requirements, and assurance with clients and suppliers. You will seek new ways to improve our work, monitor performance, manage audits, oversee risk-based schedule reviews, and develop relationships internally and across the consortium.

The ideal candidate will have well-developed communication skills, exceptional planning and delegation abilities, and a desire to nurture and develop the team to maintain our outstanding reputation on the PPP project.

Qualifications

A recognised qualification in an Engineering/Construction discipline and ideally membership of the CQI.

Required Skills

• Experience with relevant quality management system standards (ISO 9001)
• Experience in root cause investigation, learning, proposing improvements, and verifying preventative measures
• Experience implementing risk-based QA/QC arrangements within the supply chain
• Effective report writing and communication skills
• Proven background managing QA/QC personnel within an EPC/EPCC environment
