James Fisher and Sons plc, Westhill (Aberdeen area), is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead the Quality Function, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and AQAP standards and embedding continuous improvement across all sites.

You will own the QMS, partner with engineering, supply chain and operations to embed robust quality planning, inspections and supplier performance, and act as senior quality representative with customers and auditors.

Formación

• A recognised qualification in Quality Management with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, inspection, and release against drawings and specifications.
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001-certified QMS, with AQAP 2110/2210 knowledge.
• Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent auditing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and develop the Quality team, setting priorities and building capability.
• Drive effectiveness and continual improvement of the QMS, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and improve quality systems and governance.
• Ensure robust quality planning, inspection, testing and acceptance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work with Supply Chain and Engineering to monitor supplier performance.
