Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead quality and health & safety strategy across a dual-site foundry and manufacturing operation. The role demands taking ownership, driving improvements, and embedding a proactive safety culture in a high-impact environment.

You will develop policies, run risk assessments and audits, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure robust systems, compliance and continuous improvement across two sites.

Qualifications

• Proven QHSE leadership experience in heavy engineering / foundry or high-integrity manufacturing.
• Strong ability to influence, drive change and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, risk assessments and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead QHSE strategy across a dual-site foundry and manufacturing operation (44 hours per week)
• Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, audits and risk mitigation plans
• Lead and develop the quality team, driving cross-functional improvement to reduce defects
