Job summary

IQVIA in London is seeking a Clinical Quality Assurance professional to implement the global Quality Management Plan within the assigned delivery units. You will identify risks, drive improvements, and advise teams on GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3 years in Clinical Monitoring (including 2 years in a Clinical Project Manager/Team Lead role), familiarity with IQVIA SOPs, ICH, and risk management, plus ability to travel and visit sponsor offices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3 years’ Clinical Monitoring experience, incl. 2 years in a PM/Team Lead role, preferably at IQVIA.
• Experience with Power Apps and AI agent development.
• Solid knowledge of ICH, GCP, IQVIA SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations and QA processes.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and able to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Adopt and implement the global Quality Management Plan within the assignment scope with mentoring support.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain quality focus in project delivery and implement Quality Plans.
• Provide advice on GCP compliance and quality control across teams.
• Manage non-compliance, quality issues and corrective/preventive actions per SOPs.
• Inform stakeholders of quality issues and work with QA on investigations.
• Assist during audits and regulatory inspections as required by SOPs.
• Prepare periodic quality reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Line Manager.
