Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of on-site monitoring experience in interventional studies.
• Degree in scientific discipline/healthcare or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build effective relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits per scope and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate subject recruitment plans with sites to enhance predictability.
• Administer protocol and study training to sites and maintain regular communication with sites.
• Evaluate quality and integrity of site practices related to protocol and regulations.
• Escalate quality issues as appropriate.
• Track regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
• May support start-up phase.
• Ensure TMF/ISF documentation is filed and maintained.
• Collaborate with study team for project execution support.
