Corin Group in Cirencester seeks a Senior Quality Inspector for double-day shifts to lead the inspection team, ensure conformance, and uphold ISO13485, GMP, and FDA requirements.

You will deputise for the QC Manager, monitor KPIs, coach staff, and maintain robust documentation using Mestec and Sage, while supporting CAPA activities.

Qualifications

• Maths and English at standard education level.
• Experience inspection in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and quality requirements.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deputise for the QC Manager during absences.
• Inspect semi-finished and finished products against specifications.
• Verify conformance using metrology equipment (CMMs, shadowgraphs, micrometers, calipers).
• Identify and disposition non-conforming products.
• Maintain inspection records per Good Documentation Practice.
• Record results in Mestec and Sage systems.
• Support CAPA activities and ensure timelines.
• Lead and develop the Inspection Team; monitor KPIs and training.
• Coordinate calibration and ensure equipment recall when needed.
• Communicate handovers between shifts and act as first point of contact.
