Location: Commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Henley-in-Arden, Redditch, Studley, Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Atherstone, and Curdworth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage quality processes, lead teams, and drive product quality and efficiency improvements. Require strong leadership, quality assurance experience, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide SQA and Production Quality teams, ensuring collaboration and goal alignment
• Develop and implement quality standards, work instructions, inspection plans
• Conduct weekly quality review meetings
• Drive Continuous Improvement Processes and corrective actions
• Lead 8D problem-solving for quality issues
• Present 8D reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Participate in daily and monthly meetings, report KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

• Significant Senior Quality Engineering experience
• Knowledge of quality standards (8D, FMEA, Control Plans, PPAPs)
• Metrology techniques familiarity
• Strong leadership qualities
• Experience with supplier visits
• Excellent analysis and attention to detail
• Coordination skills
• Open to all manufacturing backgrounds
• Customer-facing with superb communication skills
