A leading defense contractor in Rochester is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer. In this role, you will support project teams with Quality Assurance tasks, lead junior members, and implement internal strategies for development projects. Essential qualifications include experience in Quality role under ES9100 or ISO9001, proficiency in First Article Inspections, and leading complex investigations. The Quality Assurance team:
As part of the Quality Assurance Team, you will be implementing the internal Quality Assurance strategy for development projects. This opportunity enables someone with existing Systems, Software and Hardware development experience to gain knowledge and experience of Aerospace standards, in the quality assurance role within the product development lifecycle.
This opportunity will allow you to gain knowledge and experience in the Quality Assurance role within the development lifecycle programme for Safety Critical Systems including processes for Requirements Management, Product Design, Implementation, Verification and Validation.
