Job description
Overview

A market-leading aerospace client of ours is currently in the market for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a growing team. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring quality requirements are met. You will also be the focal point for all quality-related tasks as well as the compliance and improvement of the QMS.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Quality Plans and ensure QMS compliance across the product lifecycle.
  • Lead non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, concessions, and corrective actions.
  • Manage audits, source inspections, and customer investigations.
  • Complete AS9102 First Article Inspections and support new product introduction.
  • Drive MRB, NCR, FRACA management, and Quality improvement initiatives.
  • Generate and track Quality metrics to meet targets.
  • Ensure inspection process adherence and SHE compliance.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS9110, Part 21 (G), Part 145, DAOS.
  • Proficient in AS9145, APQP, PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA, MSA, Control Plans.
  • Experienced in FAA, ESA, and CAA compliance.
  • Skilled in RCCA methods (8D, 5-Why) and preventive quality techniques.
  • Proven background in QMS auditing and Customer requirement management.
  • Technical expertise in Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Metrology, Systems, or Composites.
