Job summary

RBW Consulting is partnered with a leading global healthcare brand initiating critical expansion in 2026, expanding headcount across QC teams. This position will be one of the more experienced members, with an established track record in HPLC testing, troubleshooting and conducting out of specification investigations.

You'll coach and mentor junior team members, oversee OOS investigations, ensure GMP compliance, and contribute to QC/QA improvements across manufacturing laboratories.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading OOS investigations and QC/QA issues from laboratory perspective.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to build capability and succession.
• Experience in QC testing, specifically HPLC.
• GC experience beneficial to the role.
• GMP experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage OOS investigations and QC/QA issues.
• Coach and mentor junior team members in GMP-compliant lab practices.
• Oversee HPLC testing and troubleshooting within the QC lab.
• Support manufacturing with QA/QC improvements and investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GMP compliance.

We are partnered exclusively with a leading global brand within the healthcare industry, that has an exceptional and long-standing reputation.

As we move further in 2026, they are now underway with critical expansion projects focused on new manufacturing lines, upgrading equipment and expanding headcount across a number of operational teams.

As part of the expansion, the business is adding new headcount to their QC team at more junior and senior ends of the spectrum.

This new position will be required to be one of the more experienced members of the team. With an established track record in HPLC testing, troubleshooting and conducting out of specification investigations.
