The Senior Quality Assurance Partner will help ensure that itsu’s people, food, customers, and brand are protected through the consistent delivery of Food Safety, Standards, and Health & Safety. Responsibilities include monitoring store operations via QA visits, reporting, and follow-up, managing relationships between Operations and Food Safety, and addressing concerns transparently. This role requires a strong understanding of Food Safety, Standards, and Health & Safety and their business implications.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with Shop Managers, Operation Managers, and the Safety Team to ensure alignment on Food Safety, Standards, and Health & Safety.
  • Identify operational and reputational risks early and advise senior management on corrective actions.
  • Engage with and enforce itsu’s Standards and Policies consistently across the business.
Proactive Activities
  • Maintain Safety Management Standards
  • Custodian of standards, policies, and procedures
  • Manage safety data and analyze performance data for improvements
  • Conduct QA visits, providing constructive feedback and action plans
  • Coach and support store teams
Reactive Activities

Respond to support requests as needed.
