Senior Quality Assurance Officer - Strand, London, WC2R 2LS

About us:

The Institute of Psychology Psychiatry & Neuroscience is a leading centre for mental health and neuroscience research in Europe. The Quality Assurance Officer will join the Education and Support Team (EST) and work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to support various quality assurance processes. Based at the Denmark Hill Campus, this role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of academic programs and processes.

About the role:

This position is responsible for the daily administration of quality-related processes within the Faculty, including:

  1. Annual updates to programme information
  2. Supporting the programme and module approval and amendments process
  3. Managing accreditation activities
  4. Overseeing the assessment agenda

The postholder will provide specialist advice and support to academic and professional services staff, working with the QA Manager and key stakeholders within the Faculty and College to ensure timely and effective process delivery in line with priorities, requirements, and policies.

We seek a proactive, enthusiastic individual committed to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Knowledge of quality assurance in higher education is desirable.

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week), with an indefinite contract offered.
