Job summary

Kingspan Insulation is seeking a Senior Quality & Operations Data Analyst to help improve how we collect, manage and use quality and operational data across our GB&I business.

You will develop dashboards, KPIs and automated reports and work with Quality, Operations, IT, IMS and Data & Analytics teams to deliver data-driven improvements. The role offers exposure to SAP, ETQ, AWS and Power BI in a global manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Process improvement and mapping experience.
• Experience with Excel, Power Query and/or Power BI.
• Knowledge of data quality and governance.
• Automation and digital transformation experience.
• Experience working with multiple systems and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve processes, data flows and reporting across Quality and Operations.
• Help create a “single source of truth” for business data.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and automated reports using SAP, Excel, Power BI, Power Query, ETQ and AWS.
• Support ETQ development, digital quality systems and data warehouse improvements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation and AI.
• Analyse quality and operational data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support data governance, standardisation and data quality initiatives.
• Work with teams across the business to deliver digital and continuous improvement projects.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues in using data and digital tools effectively.

We’re looking for a Senior Quality & Operations Data Analyst to help improve how we collect, manage and use quality and operational data across our GB&I business.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across Quality, Operations, IT, IMS, Compliance and Data & Analytics, helping to simplify processes, improve data quality, automate reporting and deliver better business insights.

Key Duties:

• Review and improve processes, data flows and reporting across Quality and Operations.

About you:

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, ideally with experience in:

• Data analysis and reporting
• Process improvement and mapping
• Excel, Power Query and/or Power BI
• Data quality and governance
• Automation and digital transformation
• Working with multiple systems and stakeholders

Experience with SAP, ETQ, AWS, data warehouses or manufacturing/quality systems would be an advantage.
