Job summary

Shirley Parsons Ltd has partnered with a major National Grid infrastructure programme to recruit a Quality Advisor. The role focuses on implementing and improving the Quality Management System across multiple project sites to support compliance and right-first-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality Advisor/Engineer/Coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in infrastructure/ utilities / heavy civil engineering environments.
• Auditing experience and non-conformance management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and audits across multiple project sites.
• Manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse quality data and KPIs to support decisions.
• Prepare and submit quality reports to stakeholders.
• Deliver quality briefings and promote right-first-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific requirements.
• Foster continual improvement across complex engineering works.
