Responsibilities

• Spearhead growth initiatives and innovation endeavours across the company and qualitative team
• Develop and mentor team members, emphasising research methodologies, storytelling, and innovation
• Form and implement insightful research initiatives, driving actionable insights for clients
• Cultivate robust client relationships through effective communication and strategic proposals
• Responsibility for P&L and growth of the team
• Winning new business
• Demonstrate strategic acumen and creativity through engaging presentations and debriefs

Requirements:

• Strong track record in qualitative research, well versed across a variety of methodologies with a genuine passion for what you do
• Exceptional leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to succeed in formulating winning proposals and implementing innovative methodologies
• Proven ability in leading and developing teams, ensuring future success
