Job summary

Renowned super prime residential main contractor in West London seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee two high-end residential refurbishment projects, each around £3m, with total exposure up to £10m.

You will take full commercial ownership, managing procurement, valuations, variations, cash flow forecasting, and CVR reporting, working closely with the project team to protect margins.

Qualifications

• Proven QS experience within high-end or super prime residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, valuations, and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction procurement, tender packages, and subcontractor orders.
• Prepare, submit, and agree interim valuations and variations.
• Monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and final account agreement.
• Collaborate with Commercial Director and project team to protect margins.
