Job summary

Bimplus in South East London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for refurbishment and new build projects across housing, education, healthcare and hospitality sectors. You will oversee procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts, and may support estimating on tenders.

Typical project values range from £500k to £5m, with a stable pipeline and opportunities for long-term career

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in main contracting
• Experience delivering refurbishment or fit-out schemes is advantageous
• Ability to produce CVRs, manage costs, subcontractor accounts and final accounts

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial management of refurbishment and new-build projects
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts
• Support estimating function for tenders and pricing opportunities
• Work with operational teams and clients to build strong relationships
