ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Commercial Manager to join an established concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor based near London, with offices in North West London and Bedfordshire. The role will be based at the Bedfordshire office, reporting directly to the group director overseeing this division. Responsibilities include managing various concrete frame or groundwork packages from pre-contract to final accounts. The company, currently turning over around £150 million, offers opportunities for progression and leadership within the commercial team, alongside involvement in surveying schemes and business growth efforts. REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have experience working with UK-based groundwork or concrete frame subcontractors as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager. A relevant degree in quantity surveying or commercial management is essential. Candidates should ideally reside in or near Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, or surrounding areas to facilitate commuting. Travel for site visits will be expected, with some time spent at the office.
