  • Embed contractual and commercial best practice across the programme.
What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive quantity surveying, commercial management, and formal contract administration experience (with strong NEC knowledge).
  • Extensive experience of valuing works, assessing compensation events, and formal contract administration, ideally with use of contract management software/tools.
  • Services contract experience, ideally including metering and civils works.
  • Proven ability to partner with operational and finance teams, delivering commercial and contract training.
  • Water industry knowledge would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience managing both clients and subcontractors (lead contractor role) would be highly desirable.
Who You Are
  • A relationship builder who works confidently with both operational and finance teams.
  • Commercially sharp with a strong eye for detail.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle challenges under pressure.
