We have an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading civil engineering team.
This role is based in Manchester and offers a hybrid working model with 5 days, 40 hours per week. The contract is a 12-month rolling position with the possibility to extend.

Key responsibilities:
Taking a lead role as a proficient Quantity Surveyor on site and in the office
Managing contract administration under NEC4 (Options A and C)
Overseeing measurement, valuation, and cost reporting
Liaising with project teams across water/environmental and highways sectors
Experience required:
Strong background in heavy civil engineering
Essential water/environmental project experience
Experience in roads and highways projects
Thorough knowledge of NEC4 contracts, especially Options A and C
Proven ability to ‘hit the ground running’ and lead QS activities
