Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience in GMP laboratory environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team with good communication.
• Interest in biological science and flexibility to meet workloads.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCR, ELISA, chromatography and cell-based tests.
• Support analytical method development and product characterization.
• Prepare reagents and controls for routine testing and development.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; update SOPs as needed.
• Contribute to GMP documentation and review assay sheets.
• Train team members in equipment usage and maintenance.
