Job summary

Replimune is seeking a QC Laboratory Technician to perform routine and non-routine QC testing in line with SOPs, reagent prep, and sample handling at Milton Park. The role requires precise documentation, inventory management, and on-site execution in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will maintain cell lines, assist with validation and transfer of methods, support audits, and train junior staff, contributing to a culture of collaboration and accountability at our Abingdon-area facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of laboratory-based experience in a similar environment.
• Understanding of GMP requirements and good documentation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel for record-keeping and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing of routine and non-routine samples per SOPs.
• Maintain cell lines via revival and passaging at set intervals.
• Manage QC sample/material receipt and inventory; support equipment maintenance.
• Lead introduction of new equipment; participate in validation activities.
• Write/update SOPs, protocols and forms; support audits/inspections.
