Job summary

TrueNorth is seeking an experienced Test Engineer focused on test automation and data validation to support data and cloud transformation programmes. You will design, develop and improve automated testing solutions to ensure data quality and alignment with delivery objectives.

You will work on data pipelines, ETL processes and cloud platforms using Python, pytest, SQL, AWS/Azure, Kafka, and CI/CD practices, with active SC clearance required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in test automation for data and ETL processes.
• Strong SQL, Python and pytest experience.
• Experience with data validation and large datasets.
• Knowledge of ETL, data warehousing and PySpark or similar.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with Kafka or other event-driven/data streaming technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD, version control and modern development practices.
• Experience contributing to test automation frameworks.
• Active SC clearance is essential.
