Job summary

United Infrastructure Group is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the delivery of the Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture Scheme. You will drive the Project Quality Plan, oversee audits and inspections, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and contractual requirements across design, procurement, construction and handover.

The role requires robust leadership, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to quality improvement within a major energy infrastructure project

Qualifications

• Senior quality assurance experience in major infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS.
• Experience managing NCRs, audits, inspections and ITPs.
• Understanding of construction quality assurance and engineering standards.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Quality Management Plan and maintain quality procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, project specs and standards.
• Manage audits, inspections, NCRs and corrective actions.
• Oversee development and implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Maintain quality records, documentation and traceability across delivery.
• Provide quality oversight of subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Support certification and handover of project works.
