Job summary

Gafoor, a rapidly expanding family-owned business in Preston, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee operations at their single site. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of food safety and quality across poultry manufacturing, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will lead the QA team, implement and maintain QMS, and work with key stakeholders to uphold BRCGS/HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager within the food or poultry manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, BRCGS, and other relevant quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to implement and maintain quality management systems.
• A relevant qualification in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.

• Oversee operations at the Preston site to maintain high food safety and quality standards.
