Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Fareham is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager for electronics. You will own all QA activity, drive investigation through to resolution, and ensure the business maintains ISO9001 and QMS accreditation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality activities in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in ISO9001 and QMS systems.
• Audit preparation and compliance experience.
• Ability to work independently and own issues end-to-end.
• Hands-on problem-solving with solid investigative skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all quality-related activity across the business.
• Maintain QMS and ISO9001 accreditation, including audits.
• Lead customer quality investigations from cradle to grave.
• Raise RMAs, coordinate inspections, and gather evidence.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing partners on investigations.
• Support supplier audits and international customer visits.
