We are looking for a Senior QA Lead to join our QA team at Moneybox. As part of the senior leadership, you will oversee multiple squads, manage QA Seniors, and drive continuous improvement within the QA function in a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee QA across multiple squads, reporting to the Head of QA.
• Manage and mentor Mid, Senior, and Lead QA team members.
• Implement and deliver QA services, review test plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to balance risk, speed, and quality.
• Contribute to QA strategy and quality outcomes.
• Lead initiatives within QA, leveraging industry trends.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to escalate issues and report updates.
• Promote learning through meetings and workshops.
• Participate in squad ceremonies like retrospectives.
• Perform hands-on QA activities when needed.
• Lead by example, demonstrating accountability.
