Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a UK-based partner, is seeking a Middle+ General QA Engineer to strengthen quality across web and hybrid applications. You will own quality activities from early feature stages through release, combining manual testing with test documentation, API validation, log analysis, and test automation support.

You will validate user experiences across desktop and mobile browsers while ensuring functional reliability.

Qualifications

3+ years of commercial software testing experience.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and processes.
Experience creating test documentation including test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
Hands-on testing with API testing using Postman.
Cross-browser testing across desktop and mobile.

Responsibilities

Own QA process from feature development to final release.
Promote quality-focused culture with engineers and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
Perform comprehensive manual testing across desktop and mobile browsers.
Design and maintain test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
Support automated tests and API testing to broaden coverage.
Analyze logs with Kibana to investigate defects and root causes.
