  • Ensure product quality by performing thorough manual testing across UI, API, and performance layers.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify, report, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Design, implement, and maintain structured test plans with clear coverage.
  • Contribute to and maintain automated test suites to increase QA efficiency.
  • Define and validate clear acceptance criteria in partnership with the product team.
  • Perform detailed visual testing to ensure alignment with design specs.
  • Conduct API validation and functional testing using tools like Postman.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and document bugs with clarity and precision.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a QA role, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or other web applications.
  • Proven experience with both manual and automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, Git, and frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and test management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs for debugging and validation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, structured problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Resides in the UK and is eligible to work full-time.
