Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a high-performing Agile team and take ownership of quality across critical software platforms. This is a hands-on and collaborative role, with a strong focus on API automation, BDD/TDD practices, and embedding quality into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver functional & non-functional testing for complex APIs
  • Shape and implement robust automation strategies using modern BDD and performance tools
  • Enhance and maintain test frameworks and CI/CD integration
  • Act as a quality champion, mentoring Agile teams on best practice
  • Own the execution of test plans, automation suites, and performance scripts
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' QA/testing experience (Fintech or financial services exposure highly desirable)
  • Strong background in API testing & automation with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber), performance tools (JMeter), and FIX protocol
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, or TeamCity)
  • Proven track record in Agile environments
