Job summary

Insight Global in London is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join the Delivery Assurance team. You will lead test strategy, oversee automated and manual testing across multiple projects, and work with Risk Operations and Margin teams to ensure reliability of clearing and risk platforms.

In this hands-on role, you will enhance Java-based automation frameworks, apply Cucumber/Gherkin, and mentor other testers while maintaining rigorous quality standards in a fast-paced capital markets environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA/testing in capital markets environments.
• Experience testing risk management and margining platforms.
• Hands-on automation using Java and Cucumber/Gherkin.
• Unix/Linux server experience and strong SQL/Oracle skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr and Agile/DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy and execution across the SDLC for multiple projects.
• Balance automated and manual testing to ensure high quality releases.
• Collaborate with Risk Operations and Margin teams and stakeholders.
• Drive quality improvements and production assurance activities.
• Validate risk, margin, and post-trade workflows.
