Job summary

G MASS Consulting, in partnership with a leading global Hedge Fund, is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to own the build-out of an in-house automated testing platform and drive its enterprise adoption.

You will work with front-end React/JavaScript and Python back-end, in a fast-paced environment. The role requires five days in the London office and an engineering-first mindset focusing on governance and auditable automation.

Qualifications

• Financial services experience is essential.
• Hands-on full-stack engineering with test automation.
• Front end: React/JavaScript production interfaces.
• Back end: Python for automation logic and data manipulation.
• CI/CD and infrastructure with GCP and Terraform.
• Git workflows and version control discipline.

Responsibilities

• Take hands-on ownership of the continued build-out of the in-house automated testing platform and drive enterprise adoption.
• Develop across the full stack: React/JS front end and Python back end.
• Extend platform interfaces for test design, execution, evidence capture and results packaging.
• Build and maintain integrations with surrounding toolchains and data sources.
• Ensure governance, auditability and end-to-end coverage with AI-assisted test generation.
