Version 1 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test to join our agile team in the UK. You will perform manual tests while driving automation efforts, helping clients achieve transformation goals through robust testing practices.

You will lead test strategy, design, and execution, collaborate with developers and product owners, and guide automation initiatives with Java-based frameworks. A strong emphasis on API and performance testing is essential, with security-minded testing and OWASP

Formación

• Professional experience with Java, Selenium, Cucumber BDD, REST Assured.
• Strong test automation knowledge and ability to create/maintain Selenium frameworks.
• Experience in API testing and performance testing with JMeter.
• Knowledge of security testing techniques and OWASP Top 10 awareness.
• Experience with Agile Scrum, CI/CD integration, and backlog estimation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute test strategies, plans and scripts.
• Accurately record and monitor issues.
• Support scrum teams in test automation initiatives.
• Review test environments and processes for continuous improvement.
