TP ICAP is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead automation initiatives across complex platforms in a fast-paced environment. You will design robust testing strategies, guide teams on best practices, and ensure reliable releases through strong collaboration with developers, product, and business stakeholders.

You will drive Playwright-based automation using TypeScript, integrate tests into CI/CD, and mentor QA colleagues to raise quality standards across multiple product lines.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in software testing across complex, data-rich or transaction-heavy systems.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for automation testing using TypeScript.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect management.

Aufgaben

• Analyse business/system requirements.
• Enhance and maintain automation frameworks and testing tools.
• Design, create, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts, including regression tests.
• Ensure defects are identified, documented, and resolved efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to clarify requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, providing QA insights and risk assessments.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test reliability.
• Maintain QA documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to QA team members.
• Report test progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
