Job summary

Edenred PayTech is hiring a Senior QA Engineer to assure the quality of new platform features and drive improvements in testing practices.Youlltake technical ownership ofnew approaches, mentor junior QA engineers, and work across squads to deliver on-time, high-quality releases whilebeing a topteam player.

You will mentor and transfer knowledge to more junior QA engineers; spread best practice across squads and teams. This role emphasizes collaboration, high standards, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of automated tests (functional and non-functional) to ensure feature quality.

• Mentor and transfer knowledge to more junior QA engineers; spread best practice across squads and teams.

• Ensure software meets or exceeds published metrics and quality benchmarks.

Technical skills & experience

• Significant commercial experience testing enterprise-level systems, including microservice architectures and web applications.

• Strong experience in one or more of: TDD/BDD, performance & load testing, security testing, UI & accessibility testing.

• Experience with data creation and curation and familiarity with DevOps practices and principles.

• Beneficial experience: AWS services, JUnit, Cucumber, XML/JSON, working with large databases, and tools such as SVN/Git, Ant/Maven, Tomcat, Apache, Jenkins.
