Job summary

Sandoz International GmbH in Bracknell seeks a Qualified Person to lead compliant quality processes and GxP activities. You will drive right‑first‑time quality culture and oversee audits, CAPA, and batch release with cross‑functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes risk management, SOP maintenance, and IT systems expertise, enabling effective escalation and continuous improvement across the CO.

Qualifications

• Eligibility as Qualified Person with experience of multiple dosage forms.
• >5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and GxP knowledge.
• Knowledge of GMDP requirements relating to manufacturing, packaging, licensing, release and post-market responsibilities.
• Experience with process improvement techniques.
• Coaching/training/facilitation and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead local execution of quality systems and ensure compliance with GxP requirements.
• Perform risk/impact evaluations for product decisions and quality systems.
• Maintain local SOPs and act as content expert for audits/inspections.
• Investigate quality deviations, complaints, and CAPA to minimize impact.
• Develop IT platforms supporting quality systems and act in multiple roles within the system.
• Ensure information flow between country org and Global QA, including issue escalation.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and drive productivity/quality initiatives.
• Assist with site master file, business continuity planning, and QA governance tasks.
